If you are:
- Have minimum 2+ years of working experience
- Have relevant knowledge and experience in either one of the following expertise: Full Stack Engineering, Mobile Engineering (Android), and Data Analyst
- Preferably still actively work in the role or position that is relevant to those expertise
- Passionate about developing and coaching junior talents
- Speak Bahasa Indonesia or English fluently

Class Facilitator
Roles :
Total Contribution : 18 hours of facilitations
- Facilitate the delivery of learning materials for 2 tech modules in online class setting. Each module will take 1 week or 3 sessions to complete. Session will run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5-8PM JKT time.
- Review and grade the homework assignments for each module you deliver. The homework will be submitted and graded on the learning platform.
Total Contribution : 18 hours of facilitations
Internship / Capstone Project Coach
Roles:
Total Contribution : 18 hours of coaching
- Run biweekly group coaching sessions for young tech talents who are doing their internship or capstone project. Responsibilities include: wellbeing checks, code quality review (if needed), technical feedback, and career advice.
- Provide progress reports of each group (1 coach will be responsible for 2 groups of 5 participants)
Total Contribution : 18 hours of coaching
